 Video conference consultation
Services will be provided using Zoom, in order to attend sessions you will need a computer with a camera and a microphone or access to a smartphone with the Zoom app installed. After booking your session your psychologist will send you an email with the link to your Zoom consultation.

Phone consultations
You can organise a phone session with you psychologist if you are not able to access video
conferencing. All Telehealth sessions must be booked in advance.

Environment: You will need to find a place in your home or office where you can relax and talk with your psychologist without interruptions or noises that can be distracting.
​Confidentiality:  You will need to be in a room by yourself where you can talk without having to worry about others listening.
Etiquette: You may want to have a glass of water or a cup of coffee or tea while attending the online consultations, but as if we were in a face-to-face situation, eating is not appropriate.
Internet: Having a reliable internet connection is very important, but as a backup plan in case the connectivity is broken, having a mobile phone on your side will be important to continue with the session.
Payment for phone and video call sessions will need to be processed at the time of the session.
Medicare rebates are no longer available for telehealth sessions unless you are located in a remote area.
